ARK was founded by Arkadius Paszkowski, a senior wellness operator with over twelve years of leadership across the world's most recognised luxury hotel brands. Most recently leading Spa and Wellness Operations for Marriott International's Asia Pacific region — overseeing 200+ wellness units across 12+ countries, including Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, Bvlgari, JW Marriott, W, and EDITION.

Arkadius holds a degree in Physiotherapy, is a Certified Spa Manager, and regularly speaks at global wellness conferences. His work has been recognised with three Forbes Five-Star Spa Awards — twice at Spa Botánico, Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and at The BVLGARI Spa at Bvlgari Resort Dubai, the first spa in the Middle East to receive this distinction. Through ARK Wellness, he brings the same level of operational excellence and luxury standards to every project.
